How To Lose11 Pounds In Just One Week
The biggest fight most women engage in is the "battle of the bulge." And with summer just about upon us, women and men alike are looking at their waistlines with dismay.

Seven days is nothing when you think of the self-confidence you'll have and the satisfaction you'll feel when you look in the mirrror.

What this diet will do is help your stomach get accustomed to smaller amounts of food. And, eating smaller amounts of food obviously cuts down on your consumed calories. Less calories = less weight.
And, the best thing about it is, once the seven days is up (or however long you stick to it), it'll be easy to maintain your weight loss because your stomach will expect less food.
This diet may seem very strict, but on the other hand, it's also very easy. You'll be eating fruits and vegetables for one week. You can vary them in quantity you want, but keep your overall consumption to 3 pounds per day. Meaning, from the list below, you can eat 3 pounds of apples every day, or you can eat 1 pound of apples and 2 pounds of squash. Any combination is fine.
The main thing is not to eat more than 3 pounds of food per day. And don't let yourself get bored. What I mean is, don't eat the same thing every day. Choose different fruits and different vegetables, and prepare them in different ways. Especially the vegetables. Steam them with some non-fat butter one day, eat them raw with some non-fat dressing the next. Mix it up a little.
What can you drink? Tea, coffee, and water.
I know, I know. It's pretty strict, but remember, it's one week. And here are some ways to not only stave off hunger pangs but to keep your mind off food.
A hot shower in the morning, before you eat, will help your blood flow freely to all parts of your body and makes you less hungry.
A hot bath at night, preferably with some aromatic oils, or even scented candles, will relax you like you won't believe. Just don't choose chocolate scented candles!
After one week of this, you will be noticeably slimmer. Weigh yourself the first day, and then do not weigh yourself until the eighth day. This way you won't be discouraged and quit.
Again, I realize this diet is strict and looks hard. But, if you have a wedding to go to, or some other occasion that you feel you need to lose some weight fast, this will work without making you feel tired and dragged out.
